How Does Atticus Show Courage

Courage, there is courage in both movies from Scout helping her dad all the way to the black people in “the help” sharing their stories to help free themselfs. It is hard to show you courage when you are young or when you are black. If you are young people will not take you seriously and when your black people will just shoot you and stay that you fell and broke your heart. Another showing of courage is when Atticus decided to help Tom Robinson when he got accused of hitting a girl.

Light and darkness, in to kill a mockingbird there is dark and light because when Atticus was sitting outside of Tom Robinson's prison and there was darkness but where Atticus was there was light. In the help there wasn't as much light and darkness but when a black man …show more content…

In to kill a mockingbird Atticus is a loyer and when my Ewell was found dead he said that he would take Jem in and do everything in the way of the law and what he is really saying is that he will take her son to court no matter what happened even if it was an accident and no one else knew.
Good and bad in the help there are bad people and some good people. The girls are trying to help people in africa when there are people from africa all around them that they could help. And when mrs. Fault made a pie to try and help the girls but they all hide from here and make her feel sad because no one wants to be with her. In to kill a mockingbird there was Atticus and he was good for helping tom and mr ewell was bad he was apart of the bad crowd. Jem and Scout where also a big part of being good in to kill a mockingbird. There are good and bad people in both of them but there where more bad people then there were good
