How Does Abortion Violate An Unborn Baby's Life

A little known fact is that the first laws that regulated abortion were put into place in the 1820's and the 1830's. There is also evidence of abortions being performed in ancient times. Some people may argue that it should be up to the mother to decide whether she wants to be pregnant or not therefore she should have the right to have an abortion if she wants. This is not only violating the unborn baby's constitutional rights, it's murder and it's morally wrong. Pregnancy is just a temporary change in lifestyle, abortion is ending an unborn baby's. The issue over abortion has been around for a long time and countless lives have been lost in the process, its time that we put a stop to all this nonsensical termination of innocent lives

Abortion is a violation of constitutional rights, the 14th amendment prevents citizens from being illegally deprived of life, liberty or property. Abortion is the termination of an unborn baby's life, therefore it violates the 14th amendment. There are different types of abortions that vary from replacing the amniotic fluid with a concentrated saltine solution to dismembering the baby into small pieces nevertheless they all have one common goal, to deliver a dead baby. Moreover a baby can feel pain at a very early stage in development this means it feels the entire abortion process. The right to live supersedes the right to live a temporary lifestyle, just because a mother likes her current lifestyle does not mean that should end her childs.
