How do you think spirituality and religion goes with development?
Allowing ourselves to connect with God through prayer is one of the most powerful ways to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we can serve others. I feel a connection with my church and consider them to be family. The benefits of being there is to gain a deeper relationship and understanding of God. Listening to our pastor teach us about the bible helps me to follow the Jesus’s way; also, I love seeing my kids learning about god and how excited they are to go to church. We just seem to feel better and get along after we attend church together. Recently, during worship I will cry because of the closeness I feel with Jesus and my daughter who died, she loved worship

Most diseases can be treated with proper medication however many people from these countries are unaware of and/or don’t have the means to provide care to their children/families. Healthcare is an important part of the child’s development because children are more vulnerable to diseases since their bodies have not yet reached full development. A fever gone untreated could result in brain damage or even cause death in children, it could also leave them with a learning disability. Midlife crisis is a set theory that was proposed because of the great amounts of people that represented the theory. Mid-life crisis isn’t exactly scientifically proven it is just an over glorified theory. “Men, in particular, were said to leave their wives, buy red sports cars, and quit their jobs because of midlife panic”(Berger 2014, pg. 465). In my opinion mid-life crisis is more of a choice, or decision people in their 35’s to 50’s make. Recently media has made known the theory that maybe mid-life is an adult’s prime, meaning they are now more competent than ever, their social status is now unparalleled by their younger years, and all the obstacles they have overcome have made them wiser.…

In today’s society we have all encountered a numerous amount of people who practice religions that are completely different than our own. Religion is often a topic most people tend to shy away from during social events and interactions. I believe people shy away from this topic because they are afraid to step outside of their comfort zone and become interested in a religion that they were raised to practice. With over half of the United States population claiming Christianity as their religion of choice I believe people feel that it is unimportant to gain knowledge about any other religious beliefs. For me that is not true, although Christianity is leading religion in the US I believe that is important to be knowledgeable about religions that…

A mid-life crisis happens in an adult’s life between the ages of 40-60, and the average adult begins to realize they are getting older. This can be recognized easily when a man around the age of 50 begins to sing the AC/DC song “Highway to Hell” and he begins to realize that his favorite song came out 35 years ago. This is also the time an adult begins to second-guess their decisions they have made in the past and also begin to wonder if they are still considered a productive member of society. A mid-life crisis leads to voids in a person’s life; the first is emotional or mental void. The person begins to think that they have not fulfilled their dreams or life goals and they realize that they are running out of time.…
