One way to continue to build self-esteem is to surround yourself with positive people, positive thoughts and laugh off the haters because one day you’ll realize what they think doesn’t matter.

Which do you have the easiest time managing?
3A. Between autonomy face, competence face, and fellowship face I think fellowship face is the easiest to manage. Fellowship face is more based on wanting other people to like you which is out of your control.
4- In terms of your presenting self facework, (89-91) how do you manage three of your identities (28)? Discuss when you think your management tactics are still true to yourself, somewhat true to yourself, or a mask to hide your true identity.
4A. Honestly, I think that managing the identities just depends on your daily situation. Some days you’ll need to have more of a fellowship face and another day you might have to have a more competence face.
Explain why your mask face/s are either ethical or unethical. (either way, realize mask work is a fake facade).
I think my masks are unethical because they come from the environment or any other things I'm doing. So they aren’t always the way I would normally
