There are further improvements in the prefrontal cortex which controls most of the decision making. After shooting in a violent video game there is increased activity in the dorsal anterior cingulate cortex improves cognition and planning for example tracking the targets next movement and action. They also further improves attentional processing and contrast sensitivity. These are all very important and useful parts of the brain to further develop.
