My experiment was to see if different genres of video games will raise or lower you blood pressure and make you more stressed out. My hypothesis was If people play horror games it will lower their blood pressure more than if they play strategy games and other types of games because they will be more relaxed after the game is over. I used a blood pressure cuff and four different games, the first was a horror game called Emily Wants to Play the second was a shooting game called Team Fortress 2. The third game was a strategy game called doors, the fourth and final was a racing game. I took the participants blood pressure before and after each game and gave them three minutes in between each game to relax and get their heart rate down. Six people’s
