Do you ever wonder how much you get a sleep or you lost? Sleep is important even to you and if you have bad sleep habit it can affect your health. Napping is good for your body even famous people would nap to help their metal performance. 24 minute nap are good for helping your metal performance. Sleep and nap are two different thing and very important thing . Losing sleep is bad for you but taking nap can’t help you get you back the hour you miss of sleep.Taking short nap are good for you and even famous people who create cool and awesome thing took naps.
