Impact of Cell Phones on Our Lives What is Cell phone? Well, it is a telephone with access to a cellular radio system so it can be used over a wide area, without a physical connection to a network. Cell phones have become a necessity for many people throughout the world. Nowadays, cell phones have enabled families to keep in closer touch with each other. Today 's technically advanced cell phones are capable of not only receiving and placing phone calls, but storing data, taking pictures, internet access, and playing games as well.

Furthermore, in the past, before cell phones turned out to be so well known, when people went to the restaurants to eat something with their family or relatives, they always used to talk about different topics to make it interesting. Unfortunately, in today’s society when people go out to eat something at a restaurant, everyone is on their cell phones at the table, and the table is silent, nobody talks to each other. Once they are finished eating, they just get up from their seats and leave the restaurant, sometimes without even saying a word ‘bye’ to one another.
