Jonas Rivera was one of the people who were greatly influenced by Walt Disney. Jonas is an American producer, he produced the Pixar films, Up and Inside Out. Jonas spent a good amount of his life trying to learn about Walt Disney, his work and his influence. When he was only five years old, he watched his first movie, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, At that moment he knew that animation was his true love. Walt Disney influenced the countries, Asia, Europe, and North America.

When Walt Disney built his establishment in Los Angeles, California. Walt Disney hired over 700 highly skilled, artistic employees. In order to produce the best work, he went around the country seeking for artist to come work for him. Walt Disney wanted excellence from his employees, and in return he had his employees over for Sunday barbeques, playing games, and swimming at his house. In 1936 Snow White was released, being Walt's first big movie success, bringing in over 8 million dollars. Tickets were only 25 cents during that time. This allowed Disney to design and build a new studio as a result of hard work and loyal employees. Workers reported that Walt Disney Productions changed and not at all in a good way. When Walt Disney first started to work on Snow White, his wife and his own brother did all they could to convince him to stop. Halfway through making Snow White, he ran out of money. Most people in this situation would just quit and do whatever they can out of what's left. Walt decided to travel around, and show clips of the raw film to producers, and hoping that they would be kind enough to give him money for his project. In the end this was what saved the studio, and allowed him to finish the Snow White
