How Did Thomas Jefferson Influence The Declaration Of Independence

Thomas Jefferson was one of the most known influential leaders in the initial development of America. Born on April 13, 1743, Jefferson is recognized as the creator of the Declaration of Independence, as well as the Third President of the United States. During his early life, Jefferson was part of the Continental Congress, Virginia Legislator and governor of Virginia. In addition, he partook the role of Secretary of state, and was elected as vice president under the presidency of John Adams. As a Democratic Republican, he had a mentality that the Central Government should limit its position in the lives of the citizens.
