The reform leader I picked is Theodore Roosevelt. I picked him because I believe he did the most for American society. Roosevelt made a lot of impacts on American society. For example, under the Square Deal, his policies, the Sherman Anti-trust was created. This act purpose was to stop trust and monopolies. This send a loud message making an impact. Another impact was his Pure Food and Drug Act. The purpose of this act was for food and products to be inspected, when food was in good condition, it was ready to sold to the public. Roosevelt also created the Department of Commerce and Labor, which helped by improving the standard of living for workers, and by creating jobs.
