The Boston Massacre
The Boston Massacre took place on March 5, 1770. Before this the Stamp Act and the Sugar Act laws were created. These laws made the colonists protest because they thought the laws violated their rights. Since there were protests, British soldiers were brought to the American colonies to kept everything in order. The argument took place outside of the Custom House in Boston on King Street. This incident was caused by colonists arguing with British Private Hugh White about the new laws. Then the argument escolatdc causing more colonist to get involved.
