The Seven Years War greatly influenced the American colonies and marked a turning point for American relations with Great Britain. From the period before the war started to the period after the war ended, there were many changes and continuities. Due to the period of salutary neglect prior to the Seven Years War, the tightening of Britain’s economical mandate caused the American colonists oppression and anger, ultimately uniting them.
Even though the Sevens Years Wars caused many changes in the lives of the colonists, there were also many things that stayed the same. After the war had ended, Britain was still trying to regain control of America. They would have been successful
