Modern technologies have advanced far beyond belief since the Renaissance. Beginning in the 14th century until the 16th century, the Renaissance was a period of time where everything seemed to be on the rise for higher success As time goes on, so does the development of new inventions. The Renaissance occurred soon after the Dark Ages. One of the greatest impacts the Renaissance had on modern world lay in art and literature, which in turn, has influenced the whole world.
Emerging from a time of hopelessness, art started to speak with a unique voice. A man by the name Leonardo da Vinci sought to show the "true human spirit" in his art. He was a man who thought along a more revolutionary future. The new way of art replaced the flat paintings with a symbolic look. The bigger the painting, the more importance it had. In the Dark Ages, things were dry and not looked at in a highly manner. Such as art, Da Vinci was someone who was longing to reawaken the traditions of his past culture.
