There have been many great presidents over the years. One could say that George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and George H. Bush are among the greatest. However, many people over the years have decided that Ronald Reagan shaped this nation into what it is today.
In this great president’s childhood, many people knew that he was a special kid simply because of how good of a person he was. He grew up being chubby with the nickname “Dutch”. His parents owned a small farm in Illinois, where Reagan spent many hours working during the summers. He graduated high school as a honor student and attended college at the Eureka University to study Economics and Business. He enlisted in the army in April of 1937 and became a second lieutenant. Reaganomics was Reagan’s mix of across-the-board tax cuts, deregulation, and domestic spending restraint helped fuel an economic boom that lasted two decades.
