And while this advocacy was vital, he knew he must march alongside Martin Luther King Jr. and Ceasar Chavez, he must sit down with the marginalized and disenfranchised. He knew the struggle for equality and justice must be fought at every strata of society, from the street gutters to the halls of power, and that all people must be made aware of these struggles and encouraged to take their
