Abraham Lincoln was one that made the dent in the world he made us how we are today. Without him would slavery have ever ended and would you wanted it to be? So i will tell you how he made a dent and how he grew to the man he was and still is know for today. He did that from being self taught he never went to college he learned most from books.There was no way he should have won. Abraham fought his way to the president's chair it wasn't an easy fight but he won the chair he got the votes.When most people think of a president they think of Abe first.
He was Born on February 12, 1809 in Hardin ,County Kentucky. His Father did not have formal education but he was a good farmer. Thomas and Nancy joined a small Baptist church after they broke away from a large church over the issue of slavery. His mother died when he was nine years old of Milk Sickness. Milk sickness is a condition of cattle or sheep in the western United State caused by eaten white snakeroot which contains a toxic alcohol. It sometimes occurs in humans who have eaten meat or dairy products

He killed Abraham Lincoln .He also was the one who jumped on stage and and said the south had revenge.Then he jumped off the stage and broke his leg but he still made it to his horse. They went and hid Richard H. Garrett's farm in Port Royal, Virginia. They finally caught up to booth on April 26 ,1865 he was hiding in Garrett's Barn. then he wouldn't surrender so he set the barn on fire and then one of the investigators shot booth.his name was Thomas P. he was a union soldier. He planned to shoot Booth in the arm but it struck his neck instead and it paralyzed him.Booth Then was carried from the barn and laid on Garrett's porch before he died. Abraham Lincoln was our 16th president. Lincoln abolished slavery and that the reason he died it at the theart by John Booth and the John died by getting shot as well but it was for killing Abraham
