Hitler started his rise to power in 1933 after he was named chancellor. He was a excellent speaker and used violence to promote his party and ideas. The economy was in bad shape witch hitler used to his advantage by appealing to the power people in a desperate state of need.
Joseph Stalin was the Secretary of the Soviet Union. Lenin appointed Stalin to the central committee as a member of the Bolsheviks party In 1917.
Hitler issued his own foreign policy effected all of Germany. He aimed to destroy the treaty of Versailles. Also to reunite Germany to make it a great power once again.
Stalin used political manipulation like hitler to he used trickery and propaganda to in sure his rise to power praying on the people in need of chance or poor
