Joseph Mccarthy was a normal kid growing up in a catholic family of Appleton Wisconsin. Joseph was a little rough around the edges and wasn't very good at school, “he began his journey to become what many historians consider to be one of the least qualified, most corrupt politicians of all time”(cold war museum 1). It's what makes us human beings and savage animals mixed together like tulips and poison.
