Jan 3 Jimmy Butler breaks Michael Jordan's Chicago Bulls record for points in a half, scoring 40 of his 42 points in the second half to lead the Bulls in a 115-113 victory over the Toronto Raptors. Jimmy Butler got mad, and then he got hot, very hot. After taking an elbow to the face in the first half that required a stitch during halftime, Butler came out on fire and scored 40 points in the second half. That was good enough to not only break Michael Jordan's Chicago Bulls record for points in a half, but also to defeat the Toronto Raptors, 115-113. He was doing ok and the first half but when second quarter came he was mad.
