Homer’s Odyssey provides the epic to the subject matter in almost a short handed version. Thus allowing the muse to decided where she would like to pick up or drop off the pieces of the Epic. Homer wanted the ancient Greek people to take away something so much more than one man's journey against nature and everything that happens in between.
