Entertainment throughout 1874-1929 was the beginnings of our entertainment today. Very early black and white silent short films were coming out and were very popular throughout the 1900’s. He also represented freedom and escaping from boundaries with all his escape acts. Whether it is a financial situation or anything else, there is always a way to escape. But, more importantly, he taught people that anyone can go from poor to rich if they work really hard and believe in what they do. He additionally taught that anyone can live the american dream.
