How Did Franklin D. Roosevelt's Lessened The Worst Effects During The Great Depression

Even during this tough time, there were still people who were rich. Some rich people were often stingy with spending their money. They were scared to become poor and weak like the people around them. While people were living on the streets and dying of hunger, the rich were living as if nothing had happened.
Since the New Deal had come into existence, it really helped uplift the country in many ways. Some people may think the Great Depression was only in America, but in reality, it was a worldwide issue. Roosevelt had tried in many ways to get the country out of the Depression.
