For example Empress Wu used a lot of violence to get her way through her obstacles. She used violence to frame the empress so she could get overthrown.She choked her infant daughter to death to frame it on the Empress. Another example is that she just killed many people so she could get to where she was. She killed so many people you really couldn't count it on one hand(Anonymous). Empress Wu’s whole theme was violence and if there is one thing to know about Buddhism you should know that it is to religion supporting violence and if she had the right actions she would probably be a little bit more Buddhist. In this case Empress Wu used violence to overcome her obstacles in a not so Buddhist way. Therefore Empress Wu did not overcome obstacles in a Buddhist
