On Friday, 8-27-2015, at approximately 0900hrs, Cristal Baron wrote a voluntary statement in reference to a theft. Cristal Baron advised what her neighbor Rebekah Routledge had told her. Baron was advised by Routledge that Michael Pennington, was stealing stuff from her property putting it in his car.
