Camp - X was a 275 acres and was bought in 1941, it was the most advanced wireless and special training camp ever constructed in North America at the time. Canadians should definitely be proud of canada as we were the first country in North America to have a full secret agent camp during World War Two. Camp - X was also a successful camp as during this point in time canada was not racist, as a lot of other ethnic groups were represented at the camp. They were either staff or trainees, this really showed that canada forgot about racism and brought together different ethnic groups to help conquer. Camp - X’s main purpose was to develop and train all agents in silent killing, sabotage, partisan work, recruitment methods for the resistance movement, demolition, map reading, weaponry and morse code. As show canadians mainly men had it hard as they signed up, knowing that they were going to get into all of that. The good benefit is that they got to learn so many things that would benefit them assuming they went on a mission and made it out alive.
