How Did Beowulf Fight

Threw out the story of beowulf he is encountered with different monsters that he has to kill. The first two monsters he kills are related one is the son and the other is the mom. The third and final monster is a dragon. Beowulf is a king when he fights the dragon compared to when he fought of the first two he was only a warrior. He had a better advantage being a warrior because he was younger and more nimble. Although Beowulf had a kingsmen go with him to fight the dragon he still would fight better without help. Beowulf fought every other fight alone and he lived through those fights.

The first monster beowulf fights name is Grendel. Grendel would kill beowulf's townspeople and he was sent to go kill grendel. When the time finally came for beowulf to battle Grendel he realized that Grendel had no weapon but his hands. Beowulf then decided to make even so he fought with out his sword and used nothing but his bear hands. The cave where she lived was at the bottom of the sea. Beowulf swam all the way to the bottom this would take him a day to do. While he was swimming down to fight her there were all other monsters fighting him. Grendel's mom realises that beowulf is approaching and decides to attack. In this battle Beowulf decided it is necessary to use a sword. The sword he carries down there with him has no power over the giant monster. He sees a enormes sword in the cave and uses it to kill the mom. Once she died he cut off grendel's head and brought it up to the surface.
