How Did Benito Mussolini Rise To Power

Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini were both dictators that rose to power after World War I. Both dictators were extremely unhappy with Treaty of Versailles. Mussolini wasn’t happy with it because Italy did not get the land they were promised and Hitler wasn’t happy with it because he thought it was way too harsh. They both rose to power during their countries Great Depression and were able to get their country out of the Great Depression by strengthening their military. They both were able to lower the unemployment rate and stop inflation. Also both men were able to eliminate all other political parties and take control of the press. Mussolini and Hitler also both worked to gain more land for their country and also dreamed of ruling the world.
