The 9/11 attacks were horrifying. On 9/11 two terrorist over took planes and were rammed into the twin towers in New York City also known as the world trade center according to document 1. People were jumping out of windows to their deaths or would die from the plane crashing and the towers falling. Many died that day and many were injured. The government needed to step in but killing people or just blaming people wasn’t very satisfying either. President George w.
