How Cass Technology Changed My Life

Attending Cass had many ups and downs, I created new bonds and watched the old ones either fade away or come back even stronger than before. When I arrived on the first day I was proud of myself, ever since I was a kid I wanted to attend Cass Tech and now one of my dreams came true. Unlike some of my peers it took me a long time to get used to the friends I made due to me not even being comfortable with myself. Coming from a single parent household, I gradually became more and more uncaring and due to other circumstances I began to have trust issues so, it took me a while to get into the swing of things at Cass. My four years in Cass was uneventful, not too many life changing events occurred but the only event that I suffered the most from is when my great grandfather passed. My grandfather was a heavy influence on my life and taught me most of the things I know today. My freshman year was a bumpy road with stormy skies, my …show more content…
If I had the chance to give an upcoming technician advice I would tell them to stay motivated, throughout my time here I have gained and lost motivation rapidly. Due to that I had to start working even harder than my peers to give myself a better future. Unlike me future students should work more with their teachers and jump on board faster for opportunities instead of idly sitting and watching. Due to me only sitting and watching I missed out on moments where I could have been more involved. While my time at Cass was full of bumpy roads there are moments I will miss when I am in college. The biggest thing I will miss is my moments with my friends and the memories we made together, and the losses we received

For the past year, I could only provide an indefinite answer to a frequently asked question, How was your freshman year? In fact, those of us who experienced our freshman year could be addressed as “college veterans” will never initiate a conversation with regard to the past year. Perhaps they consider that the freshman year was not as consummate as they initially planned. I cannot judge my first year in college was successful or frustrating, but I feel I benefited from the meritorious experiences and practical knowledge gained from my college life. In my opinion, no matter what goals one wishes to achieve in college, whether its grade, love, health, or sense of accomplishment, one has to be prepared for both failures and…

Senior Year My greatest memory so far in my eighteen years of being on this earth is without a doubt my senior year of high school. It was absolutely unforgettable. My senior year as a whole (which was just last year) was the most fun I’ve ever had in my life and the happiest I have ever been.
