How can police be better at making split dections. Police officer risk there life everyday for the attraction of protecting their community against any threat. However, people argue that it is inaccurate of the police to shoot the victim. According to the Washington Post, Nearly a thousand times this year, an American police officer has shot and killed a civilian. Who is the real victim? Is the training inflexible toward the actions taken by police officers? It has became very hard for the police to gain the trust of the community they serve. There are several ways to embolden police officers to amend making split second decisions on using reasonable force. For intense, body cameras can be promoted to duty purposes. More training should be provided. First, "shoot or not shoot" sounds easy said than done. Who wants to use gun? There may be some bad officers who take advantage of their position, there are also hard working officers with families, risking their life’s every day for us.
