I have chosen to do my lunch box like this as it has a variety, it is different, has the five food groups and I like all the food that is in it. Not every day I have time to sit and think about my lunch so doing something different makes it more delicious and it is different so it is not boring.

A lunch can be nutritious, interesting, innovative and sustainable by changing up the foods. Some ways you can make a lunch be nutritious, interesting, innovative and sustainable is by using higher nutrition standards, cooking from scratch, using, local produce, having "Meatless Mondays", a healthier snack time, hydration stations, having an international cuisine, nutritional scoring, the kids can make a school garden, they can have summer lunch programs, community outreach and nationwide initiatives: nationwide movements such as the farm to school.
