First of all, Berhani bought the house legally. He was waiting for an opportunity to invest his last savings so when he saw that there was a seized property for sale he did not doubt. Despite things were though for him since he fled his home country, he worked hard to keep the status of his family. Her house was seized by mistake. According to the county’s argument, she had not paid business taxes. However, she never had a business therefore she had no any debt. Her big mistake was to ignore all the mail the county sent her to inform her about the eviction. So she had to suffer being a homeless person and her situation was getting worse because she was so immerse in a profound depression that did not let her to think clearly. Her main objective was to get her house back without realize that was not Behrani’s fault. Nonetheless she was very negligent and irresponsible because she ignored all her mail and the n she decided to have her house back. She does not follow the legal
