The objective of this dissertation is short listed as to conclude the findings of the research based upon the interviews conducted and its results.

The dissertation uses a case study approach and data is collected from a handful number of Marriott hotel‟s branches. Further research should extend this work by collecting data from a large number of organizations in the hotel industry. This could result in the generalization of this study‟s findings.
