Hot Water Procedure

In your grievance filed at Central, you claim there is no hot water in the sink and the showers have very little hot water. Your resolution is to modify the plumbing so all areas receive hot water.

Your grievance appeal has been reviewed at Central Office and the Deputy’s Warden's response is affirmed. The Central Unit Maintenance Staff investigated your claims and found no issue with the water temperature. Although, the water temperature may not be of your liking it is within normal range. Staff will continue to monitor the hot water temperatures and adjust as necessary.

You allegations are unsubstantiated.

No further action is warranted in this matter.
