There were two specific spots on findyourspot.com. One spot was Hot Springs-Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. The other was Mountain Home/Bull Shoals, Arkansas. There a pros and cons of each of these places. Hot Springs Village is America’s Natural Spa. Located near the scenic Ouachita National Forest is one of the pros. Another pro is the cost of living is significantly below the national average. Also, the fine arts community is featured in The 100 Best Small Towns in America. Additionally Hot Springs Village is only 15 miles north of the city of Hot Springs. The cons consist of health care and population. There is only five hospitals with 505 bed and the population is 48,000. With the population being so high, why wouldn't you have more hospitals? Additionally, …show more content…
Where Mountain Home/Bull Shoals teacher pay in the district 60 is the minimum of $34,050. Furthermore, the cost of living in Hot Springs for a town house price is about $169,000. As well as, Mountain Home/Bull Shoals were the average living cost is ten percent below the national average. The median price of a house is around $137,000. However the lakefront property prices rang from almost $300,000 to a million opening on the property size, location, and other features. Preparing my backup options is major! The two schools I am comparing is University of Sioux Falls and the University of South Dakota. Again there are pros and cons to each of these schools. The University of Sioux Falls has a 15:1 student-to-faculty ratio. They also offer 1,500 free tutoring hours that other students are willing to give up their free time to help. This college is a Christian school, but they don’t force you do go to church. Wanting to major in Elementary Education,
