The Hot bang and the Ageless Universe are two different theories that explain the existence of the universe. No one can prove that both these theories are real because we do not have real evidence to back it up. We do not have a strong idea on how the universe came to be because we did not exist to actually see it but when it comes to the steady-state theory, the facts are more understandable than the proof behind the Hot bang theory. I believe the most supportable theory is the Ageless Universe because the facts are more concrete and it is not difficult to support and prove.
