Randy has always been very competent in her responsibilities and job knowledge. She demonstrates a thorough knowledge of college policies and core values. She takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of her work and her team. She is good at resolving complex or sensitive issues including disagreements and conflicts among staff. She enforces rules, laws and regulations and her enforcement of them is perceived as fair, objective and reasonable to others. Randy works hard at creating collaboration with other departments, divisions and college employees. She can be counted on to represent the college well when she is visiting co-op employers and has established a positive rapport with them.
