The chief executive Colin Neill said that due to the downturn in the economy, it did affect the increasing number of unemployment. The article explained that check-in to checkout was handled everything by robots. The hotel receptionist features different types of automated including English speaking dinosaurs and Japanese-speaking female android, moreover facial recognition technology is used at the receptionist as this purpose was to maximize the customer satisfaction. The hotels also have a robot porter which guest can load their suitcase onto a porter robot and tap their room number into its digital panel for delivery. Even the room hotel provide sensor panel that detect body heats, there are no switch for the light, and customer needs to speak to the robot. Then the hotels have a giant left luggage robot, it able to grab and places in the stack in the room. The owner of the Japan Henn na hotel, Mr Hideo Sadawa told the reporter that he wanted to show how innovation could improve efficiency and lower labor cost. Based on this article, we can predict the future hospitality product will be directed to robot as it provides a consistent service and efficiency for
