Dear Mr. Roberson,

Subject: The status of the annual reappointment of committees for October 30, 2017 – November 15, 2017.

The annual reappointment of committees is going well as expected. Looking at the requirement of the hospital we need a total of nineteen committees to be staffed correctly. The plan is to utilize physicians from all parts of the hospital. Last year we were not staff appropriately, hopefully, this will not be the case this year. We are further along this year on staffing the committees than last year, so everything is going as expected.
