Hospital Nightmare Case Study

Great contribution to the topic, very concise and clear however I am not agreed with one of your statements. In my opinion, The institution is accountable for most of the errors occurred at Hospital Nightmare case because even though the Doctor did not maintain a good aseptic technique. It is a responsibility of the Hospital to make sure that their employees follow their policies and procedures so supervision from the Institution should take place before the event befall. In one of the statements provided by the Nurse stated that the policies and procedures were not implemented in this Post-surgical care unit and she was surprised that a major incident did not happen before which reassured my statement.

One of the most important government agencies is The Center for Disease Control and prevention (CDC), the CDC has as main objective to protect American citizen from health threat and assured health safety and security. (Mission, Role and Pledge, 2014). Certainly, the CDC established guidelines among hospitals with the purpose to prevent and control intra-hospitality infections.
