As Hospital Hemas is facing problem due to tight work schedule which eventually make them fall ill, we can recommend that the employers should establish stress management programs regularly so that it can improve the ability of workers to cope with difficult work situations. As employees in hospitality field deal with the lives of peoples, they must be very careful so that they do not perform any negligence in their job. So, stress management programs can teach the workers how to reduce the nature and sources of stress, and personal skills to reduce stress for example, time management or relaxation exercises which can improve the health of employees. Furthermore, employers must make sure that the workers have knowledge on work-related

To avoid this, the management should hire enough employees to work in each department. Through this, they do not have to pressure the employees by telling them to do all the work without giving them any rest. In this way, the employers can fulfil the patients’ requirement and their promises to give best treatment and care. Each employee can deal with each patient with their full concentrate and care and do not need to focus many patients and their problems at once. Through this, negligence can be avoided. Employees can also take their time to communicate with the patients when providing their services. In this case, patients will more preferable in this hospital because of its good service. (Helpguide Org., n.d.) Besides, when there is an overload works just in a certain period, the management can recruit volunteers from other department. For example, nursing homes that are short-staffed might ask other volunteer helpers from other department like guards or cleaners to push the wheelchairs Hospital volunteers can run errands or deliver messages for nurses. Some police departments use civilian volunteers to make copies and do filing, freeing officers for law enforcement work. Not every workplace lends itself to this solution, but in hospitality fields more people will volunteer themselves as it is a job related to lives and mercy. In this case, employers do not need to pressure the employees only. If it is very difficult for the management to find the volunteers, they can prioritize the works according to its importance. They can focus on necessary tasks and leave non-essential jobs for times when they have more staff or aren’t as busy. For example, when there is emergency cases or serious cases, employees have to give priority to them, whereas, for the minor cases they can deal later. In this case, they won’t face much
