Dear Members of the Seton Family of Hospitals Board of Directors,

The Seton Family of Hospitals board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 23 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Unfortunately, a major meeting conflict of Seton senior leadership in St. Louis necessitates rescheduling the date of the board meeting. As alternate meeting date, please let me know your availability on Thursday, February 25 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Subsequently, I will confirm the new meeting date when I hear back from all the members of the board.
