My first goal is to be well prepared academically. I believe that teachers never stop learning. As educator, I want to work to get higher education. First, I want to have my master degree. Next, I want to have my teaching credential and then I want to work in a doctorate. My second goal is to innovate my teaching according to my students needs. I believe that teachers have to innovate their teaching periodically. Children learn differently and get bored easily, therefore I have to incorporate activities in my curriculum that keep them engage. Also I want to incorporate parents in activities in order that my students feel they are in a safe environment. My third goal is to offer my students a quality of education. I think that this goal is the combination of my first and second goal. If I want to offer my student a quality of education I have to be well prepared academically and I have to innovate my teaching day by day. I have to be prepared every day with my material and lesson plans in order to give my student all my attention while I am working with them. Those three goals will help me to create a learning environment where my students feel free to

Furthermore I also belie that all children have the right to learn and their learning be abundant with experiences, knowledge and quality, as well as feeling a sense of belonging to their community and learning environment.
