Education: Youth is currently in the 8th grade and he will attend Horace Mann Elementary School in North Bergen, NJ due to youth moving out of the Guttenberg school district. Ms. Pacheco reported that she will enroll Leandro into Horace Mann Elementary School on 11/9/16 and youth IEP will carry over to the new school. CM provided the team with information on FEDCAP program/school and Ms. Pacheco believes that Leandro will do better at Horace Mann Elementary School.

Legal: Youth was involved in the Juvenile Conference Committee on 7/19/16 for assault against another student. Ms. Pacheco received an order of dismissal letter.
