After users pay for a ride, it will have a button for users to post a link, and it shows on Twitter or Facebook. Others will know how much each cost for those times and miles. According to App Store (2016), some users complain about Hopskipdrive is overcharge. Someone said that Hopskipdrive consistently overcharged them and lied about the time. Their child was in the car sometimes up to a half hour over, and half of the time tacking didn 't work. In the opposite way, Hopskipdrive never even given a credit for all the money wasted. And also, app is very basic and cannot edit the home address, or makes changes to a ride after it has been scheduled. Given that Hopskipdrive doesn’t provide transportation services, they match you with drivers who do. It has severe limitations and due to the limitations, kids are late because you cannot count on Google maps and a different driver every time. People know traffic patterns, but an App based off of google maps does not. Also another guy downloaded App and created an account and passenger information. First trip, the distance from home to his child 's school, usually takes seven minutes. However, driver was told the fare would be $713 (App Store, 2016). In my opinion, this is a chance to use my suggestion for improving the system.
