Honu Island is a an island at 30 degrees north and 56 degrees west, which is in the north-west hemisphere. Honu island is in the Atlantic Ocean and has many tourists visit each year. Honu Island is known for all the turtles there, hence the name Honu, which means turtle in Hawaiian. There is also native species there like the Humpback turtle. Jackson Kail was the first to discover it in 2003 and soon after he started an annual Humpback turtle racing. Another native specie is the aquafrugal which keeps water stored while feeding the tourists the food on the top of it.
