Honors Community Enrichment

I would like to enrich my experience at FGCU by becoming engaged in an organization that promotes a sense of community and the enrichment of personal qualities beyond that of which are typically required when obtaining a degree. Involvement in the honors program would enrich my academic experience by allowing me to engage in opportunities such as research with a faculty member, presenting an academic paper, applying for scholarships, or publishing research. I believe I could contribute to the honors community by providing a creative and unique approach to academic pursuits. As a music therapy major, I thrive off of creative solutions and digging into the “why” of topics and issues.
