I want to take this opportunity to sincerely and formally thank you for all you have done and made possible in helping me progress throughout my time here at SPC. My experience as a member of the Honors College has enhanced my life through the fellowship, better course environments, and the exceptional research conference opportunities and exposure that your leadership has provided. From a student’s standpoint ― especially an “unconventional” student such as myself ― you have given not only fresh and unique opportunities to myself and our membership, but you have given your heart and soul with the purpose of adding an advanced and totally positive learning environment.

I know many Honors College alumni privately express this very same message to you ― but your total giving of time, energy, creativity, and true caring should receive far more formal acknowledgement. I attempt to achieve a small part of such through this humble writing. As a four year member of the Honors College who will graduate this semester with my second SPC degree (A.S., and B.A.S. in Legal Studies), your stewardship has afforded me the

The experience became all that much more remarkable by those many other conference attendees who approached me over the full three days of the conference with various pertinent questions and showing such great interest ― when they didn’t even attend my presentation! Obviously, those that did attend the presentation found it to be of such interest that they continued to discuss the content with others.
