As a leader in many after school activities such as Boy Scouts, Altar Serving, Ushering, and in my family, I believe that I would fit well in the National Honor Society. Boy Scouts, as well as Altar Serving, has taught me that others may not be up to date with the activity at hand, which means that you must tell them, and teach them the skills needed. Altar Serving and Boy Scouts need teamwork, and communication to be successful. Teamwork is what allows the process of different activities happen, and without teamwork everything would not be smooth or it would not work completely. Governor’s School Last summer, I attended governor's school west where three hundred and twenty-five bright and open-minded students from all across North Carolina gathered for five and a half weeks in a college campus setting.
